Not only that, the store has gloves, hats, jackets and water bottles to set you up for your yardwork day: if this isn’t peak small-town efficiency, we don’t know what is.

Yes, it’s part of a national (100% Canadian) chain—but Morinville’s Home Hardware has real small-town character. Here you'll find equipment from mowers to log splitters along with solid advice from staff who’ll actually walk you to what you’re looking for while answering your questions. This store also offers onsite small engine repair, so give them a call to see if you can repair your old mower or trimmer before you buy new (why buy a new mower when you could repair your old one and buy, say, a power washer instead)?

Sometimes that special project or the uber-manicured look you’re shooting for requires equipment you’re only likely to use once (or once a year)–like a lawn vacuum, post hole auger, or a concrete saw. Owner Paul Hanson opened Tool Shed Rentals after a long career in home renovations, so he has a wealth of knowledge to share. The store is rapidly expanding to include more agricultural and construction equipment to meet the needs of farmers and contractors in Morinville and the surrounding area.
